Free Justice of the Peace Service
Our free Justice of the Peace service is available at the following times:
- 2.00pm to 4.00pm every Thursday
- 10.00am to 12.00noon every Saturday
This free service is located in the Community Room next to the Centre Management Office. This service is provided by friendly volunteers from the NSW Justices Association.
Education Week Concert
MarketPlace Leichhardt are proud to support Education Week every year through hosting a range of musical talent and displays throughout the Centre each year.
Leichhardt Chamber of Commerce
MarketPlace Leichhardt are members of the Leichhardt Chamber of Commerce. The Chamber strives to work actively with existing business associations in the Inner west and with organisations that support business growth and development.
Every year the Leichhardt Chamber of Commerce awards outstanding community involvement. They look for companies and individuals who have invested their time and resources into the community above and beyond the average. We are pleased to announce that MarketPlace Leichhardt was awarded the Ludwig Award for 2008.

MarketPlace Leichhardt Community Notice Board
The Community Notice Board is located in the walkway from the Lower Ground Car Park. This is a free service provided to the community. To display a notice, please bring it to the Centre Management Office. All notices will be displayed for two weeks.
Carols on Norton
Hosted by the Leichhardt Espresso Chorus, Carols on Norton features local community choirs and is a free outdoor community event sponsored by MarketPlace Leichhardt. Through sponsorship they are able to provide in-centre performances during the Christmas season – a favourite for performers, retailers and customers.
