Join in the magic of Christmas this Saturday and see Santa arrive at MarketPlace Leichhardt. Santa and Mrs Claus will be bringing all of their friends from the North Pole. Follow the parade around the Centre and finish off with a Christmas show in Centre Court.

Have you got a Christmas wish? Come along and visit Santa and tell him all of your wishes this Christmas. Santa will be here everyday until Christmas Eve! All children who visit Santa will receive a special gift. Have your photo taken with Santa! High quality digital prints are available in minutes. There are a range of affordable packages to choose from.

Santa's favourite time of year is almost here and now is the time to write your Santa letters!

Post your Christmas wishes in Santa's special mailbox at MarketPlace Leichhardt. Once posted, the letters travel to the North Pole where Santa will respond with a letter especially for you!

To make sure Santa has time to read your letter, please post it by Wednesday 16 December. Santa's mailbox is located near Centre Court. Don't forget to add your full name and return address on the back of the envelope.

Carols on Norton Children's Choir

All inner west kids in year 2 and up are invited to join The Inner West Children's Chorus sponsored by MarketPlace Leichhardt.

The Childrens Chorus will perform at Carols on Norton on Sunday 20 December in Pioneer Park (Norton Street). Carols on Norton is a free outdoor event that features an orchestra, soloists and over 100 adult singers.

All music and tuition is provided by artistic director Michelle Leonard, conductor of the Leichhardt Espresso Chorus. MarketPlace Leichhardt is proud to sponsor the Inner West Children’s Chorus, which is free to join. Each child receives a free chorus t-shirt.

To register attend the first rehearsal at Kegworth Public School Music Hall on Thursday 3 December from 5.00pm to 6.00pm. Children are required to attend 4 rehearsals prior to the performance on Sunday 20 December.
