MarketPlace Leichhardt – Win $5,000 worth of Groceries

1. The “Promoter” is MarketPlace Leichhardt, owned by Active Super and managed by Jones Lang LaSalle. MarketPlace Leichhardt centre address is: 100/122-138 Flood Street, Leichhardt NSW 2040.

2. Promotional Period: The MarketPlace Leichhardt – ‘Win $5,000 Worth of Groceries’ promotion (the “Promotion”) will commence at 9.00am, Tuesday 2nd April 2024 and conclude at 11.59 pm, Tuesday 30th April 2024.

HOW TO ENTER

3. Make a spend of $15 or more in one transaction at any of the Participating Retailers.

4. Scan the QR code on the in-centre collateral or visit www.wingroceriesatmpl.com.au and fill

   in all requested details and upload your receipt.

PRIZE AND DRAW

5. The prize is 1 x $2,000 Woolworths Gift Card, 1 x $1,000 Aldi Gift Card, 1 x $1,000 Panetta Mercato Gift Card, 1 x $500 Premium Butcher Gift Card and 1 x $500 Chicken Fresh Gift card

6. Total prize pool is $5,000

7. The winner will be drawn at random at by Centre Management or an appointed third party

   on Wednesday 1st May 2024.

8. The winner will be contacted by phone within 2 business days.

9. If despite every reasonable effort the winner cannot be contacted, a re-draw will take place 2

   weeks after the first draw takes place.

10. The Gift Cards must be collected from the Centre Management office between 9am and 5pm

    Monday to Friday by Wednesday 31st July 2024.

11. The prize is set and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

12. Information on ‘How to enter’ forms part of these ‘Conditions of Entry’. All entrants will be subject to, adhere to, the terms and conditions set out by MarketPlace Leichhardt and any further terms and conditions or alterations to these Conditions of Entry.

13. Entry is open to Sydney residents only.

14. Employees and contractors, the Promoter and their immediate families, all retailers and

    tenants of MarketPlace Leichhardt and the agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate families meaning parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents.

15. If the prize winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s nominated parent or guardian.

16. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with the Conditions of Entry, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter.

17. The Winner will be published on the MarketPlace Leichhardt Facebook and Instagram page.

18. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry

    process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to the approval

    of the gaming authorities, where required.

19. If all or any part of the term and condition contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be

    declared or become unenforceable, invalid or illegal for any reason, such term or provision (or part thereof) shall be deemed severed from these Conditions of Entry and the other terms and conditions hereof shall remain in full force.
