The “Promoter” is MarketPlace Leichhardt, owned by Vision Super and managed by Jones Lang LaSalle. MarketPlace Leichhardt centre address is: 100/122-138 Flood Street, Leichhardt NSW 2040.
Promotional Period: The MarketPlace Leichhardt – ‘Big Italian Giveaway’ promotion (the “Promotion”) will commence at 9am, Wednesday 8 October 2025 and conclude at 11.50pm, Sunday 26 October 2025.
HOW TO ENTER
Spend $40 or more at any specialty retailer or $120 or more at Aldi or Woolworths. The receipt must be retained as proof of purchase.
Prize: a hamper of goods up to the value of $850 RRP.
The winner will be drawn at random by Centre Management or an appointed third party at 11am on Monday 27 October 2025.
The winner will be contacted by phone/email on the same day.
If despite every reasonable effort the winners cannot be contacted, a re-draw will take place 2 weeks after the first draw takes place.
The Prize must be collected from the Centre Management office between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
The prize is set and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Information on ‘How to enter’ forms part of these ‘Conditions of Entry’. All entrants will be subject to, adhere to, the terms and conditions set out by MarketPlace Leichhardt and any further terms and conditions or alterations to these Conditions of Entry.
Entry is open to Sydney residents only.
Entry is permitted multiple times across the promotional period, each entry must have a qualifying receipt.
Employees and contractors, the Promoter and their immediate families, all retailers and tenants of MarketPlace Leichhardt and the agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate families meaning parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents.
If the prize winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s nominated parent or guardian.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with the Conditions of Entry, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter.
The Winner will be published on the MarketPlace Leichhardt Facebook and Instagram page.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to the approval of the gaming authorities, where required.
If all or any part of the term and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be declared or become unenforceable, invalid or illegal for any reason, such term or provision (or part thereof) shall be deemed severed from these Conditions of Entry and the other terms and conditions hereof shall remain in full force.
