1. The “Promoter” is MarketPlace Leichhardt, owned by Vision Super and managed by Jones Lang LaSalle. MarketPlace Leichhardt centre address is: 100/122-138 Flood Street, Leichhardt NSW 2040.
2. Promotional Period: The MarketPlace Leichhardt – “WIN Taronga Zoo Family Passes promotion” (the “Promotion”) will commence at 9am Monday 5 January and conclude at 11.59pm, Sunday 19 January 2026.

PRIZE AND DRAW
8. There are two prizes consisting of a Taronga Zoo – Family one day pass. Pass is valid for 2 adults and 2 children aged 4 to 15 years of age. Prize is valued at $140.80 each.
9. Total prize pool valued at approx. $281.60.
10. 2 x winners will be drawn at random at 10am on Monday 20 January 2026 by Centre Management or a third party appointed.
11. The winners will be notified via comments in Facebook/Instagram or direct message from @marketplace_leichhardt.
12. If despite every reasonable effort the winners cannot be contacted, a re-draw will take place two weeks after the first draw.
13. The prizes will be provided by email within 10 days of winner confirmation.
14. The prizes are set and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
15. Information on ‘How to enter’ forms part of these ‘Conditions of Entry’. All entrants will be subject to, adhere to, the terms and conditions set out by MarketPlace Leichhardt and any further terms and conditions or alterations to these Conditions of Entry.
16. Entry is open to Sydney residents only.
17. Employees and contractors, the Promoter and their immediate families, all retailers and tenants of MarketPlace Leichhardt and the agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate families meaning parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents.
18. If the prize winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s nominated parent or guardian.
19. The Winners will be accounted in the comments on the MarketPlace Leichhardt Facebook and Instagram page.
20. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to the approval of the gaming authorities, where required.
21. If all or any part of the term and condition contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be declared or become unenforceable, invalid or illegal for any reason, such term or provision (or part thereof) shall be deemed severed from these Conditions of Entry and the other terms and conditions hereof shall remain in full force.
