MarketPlace Leichhardt – Halloween colouring in competition
PROMOTER
1. The “Promoter” is MarketPlace Leichhardt, owned by Vision Super and managed by Jones
Lang LaSalle. MarketPlace Leichhardt centre address is: 100/122-138 Flood Street, Leichhardt
NSW 2040.
2. Promotional Period: The MarketPlace Leichhardt – “Halloween colouring in competition” (the “Promotion”) will commence at 9am, Monday 12 October 2026 and conclude at 5pm, Sunday 25 October 2026.
HOW TO ENTER
3. Entry is open to children aged 3–11 years, with two age categories: 3–6 years and 7–11 years.
4. To enter, collect a colouring-in sheet from Dollar Avenue, or download from our website. Complete the artwork and return it to Dollar Avenue by 25 October 2026.
5. Entrants must include their first name and age on the front of their entry. A parent or guardian’s contact phone number must be written on the back.
6. One entry per child.
7. There will be one winner in each age category. Winners will be selected based on creativity and overall presentation.
8. Each winner will receive a Halloween gift bag from Dollar Avenue including a large squishy. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
9. Winners will be contacted using the parent or guardian’s phone number supplied with the entry. If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner.
10. Entries will be displayed within the Dollar Avenue window during and following the competition. Only the child’s first name and age may be displayed.
11. Personal information provided will be used solely for administering the competition and contacting winners and will not be displayed publicly.
12. By submitting an entry, the child’s parent or guardian is deemed to have agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
13. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
14. Entry is open to Sydney residents only.
15. Employees and contractors, the Promoter and their immediate families, all retailers and
tenants of MarketPlace Leichhardt and the agencies associated with this promotion are
ineligible to enter. Immediate families meaning parents, siblings, spouse, children and
grandparents.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant
who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with
the Conditions of Entry, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter.
17. The Winner may be published on the MarketPlace Leichhardt Facebook and Instagram page.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry
process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to the approval
of the gaming authorities, where required.
19. If all or any part of the term and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be
declared or become unenforceable, invalid or illegal for any reason, such term or provision
(or part thereof) shall be deemed severed from these Conditions of Entry and the other terms
and conditions hereof shall remain in full force.
