TERMS & CONDITIONS

PROMOTER

1. The “Promoter” is MarketPlace Leichhardt, owned by Vision Super and managed by Jones Lang LaSalle. MarketPlace Leichhardt centre address is: 100/122-138 Flood Street, Leichhardt NSW 2040.

2. Promotional Period: The MarketPlace Leichhardt – Hot Cross Bun Six Pack Giveaway promotion (the “Promotion”) will commence at 10.00am Wed 25th March and concludes at 1.00pm, Friday 27th March.

ELIGIBILITY

· Customer must spend $40 or more at any speciality store or $100 at Aldi, Target or Woolworths. You must present your receipt at Bakers Delight MarketPlace Leichhardt to redeem 1 Six pack of Hot Cross Buns. Receipt must be same day of purchase no multiple receipts accepted.

 

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

3. Limited availability – A total of 350 Hot Cross Buns six pack is available for the promotional period, with 116 packs allocated to each day. The Hot Cross Buns will be given away on a first-come, first-served basis on Wed 25th, Thurs 26th and Frid 27th of March.

4. Bakers Delight staff must site and mark your receipt

5. Changes & Cancellation: The organiser reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice

6. The Hot Cross Buns pack of six are only available in traditional flavour.

7. While Supplies Last: Redemption continues until daily allocation is exhausted – 116 per day, even if this is before 1.00PM.

8. No Reservations: Hot Cross Buns cannot be reserved or held in advance.

9. One pack of six Hot Cross Buns Per Person: Each person is eligible to receive only 1 pack of six traditional Hot Cross Buns.

10. Employees and contractors, the Promoter and their immediate families, all retailers and tenants of MarketPlace Leichhardt and the agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate families meaning parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents.

11. If all or any part of the term and condition contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be declared or become unenforceable, invalid or illegal for any reason, such term or provision (or part thereof) shall be deemed severed from these Conditions of Entry and the other terms and conditions hereof shall remain in full force.
