MarketPlace Leichhardt – Father’s Day Apple Watch Giveaway

PROMOTER

  1. The “Promoter” is MarketPlace Leichhardt, owned by Vision Super and managed by Jones Lang LaSalle. MarketPlace Leichhardt centre address is: 100/122-138 Flood Street, Leichhardt NSW 2040. 
  2. Promotional Period: The MarketPlace Leichhardt – “Father’s Day Apple Watch Giveaway promotion” (the “Promotion”) will commence at 9am Monday 13 August and conclude at 11.59pm, Wednesday 2 September 2026.  

HOW TO ENTER

  • Visit and follow the MarketPlace Leichhardt Facebook or Instagram page.
  • Like the Apple Watch Giveaway promotional post.
  • Comment with the best advice your dad ever gave you.
  • For a bonus entry, tag a friend.

PRIZE AND DRAW 

  • First Prize is an Apple Watch SE3 GPS 40mm Sports Band valued at RRP $397.00. Second prize is a $200 to Cut Plus gift voucher.
  • Total prize pool valued at RRP $597.00.
  • 2 x winners will be drawn at random at 10am on Thursday 3 September 2026 by Centre Management or a third party appointed. 
  • The winners will be notified via comments in Facebook/Instagram or direct message from @marketplace_leichhardt.  
  • If despite every reasonable effort the winners cannot be contacted, a re-draw will take place two weeks after the first draw. 
  • The prizes are to be collected from the Centre Management office, Monday to Friday between 9am and 4pm.
  • The prizes are set and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. 

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY 

  1. Information on ‘How to enter’ forms part of these ‘Conditions of Entry’. All entrants will be subject to, adhere to, the terms and conditions set out by MarketPlace Leichhardt and any further terms and conditions or alterations to these Conditions of Entry. 
  2. Entry is open to Sydney residents only. 
  3. Employees and contractors, the Promoter and their immediate families, all retailers and tenants of MarketPlace Leichhardt and the agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate families meaning parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents. 
  4. If the prize winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s nominated parent or guardian. 
  5. The Winners will be accounted in the comments on the MarketPlace Leichhardt Facebook and Instagram page.
  6. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to the approval of the gaming authorities, where required. 
  7. If all or any part of the term and condition contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be declared or become unenforceable, invalid or illegal for any reason, such term or provision (or part thereof) shall be deemed severed from these Conditions of Entry and the other terms and conditions hereof shall remain in full force.
